As a Local Distribution Company, Elexicon Energy is regulated by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), a crown corporation that is responsible for overseeing the Province’s electricity and natural gas sectors and all of its participants.
Elexicon Energy’s rate applications must be approved through a complex hearing process by the OEB. The OEB is also responsible for setting the prices for Regulated Price Plan electricity rates and approves the rates charged for distribution/delivery and transmission.
It is our responsibility to inform you about our regulatory activities with the OEB. This page contains important information on filings, regulatory proceedings and other matters relating to Elexicon and its regulator.
