At Elexicon Energy, we provide a range of bill payment options that are convenient for you. Choose from one of the monthly payment options below:
New customers: Call 1-888-420-0070 or email email@example.com to request an enrollment form.
Existing customers: Sign up for my.elexicon to select one of the payment plans noted above.
This option is available through most banks and trust companies.
You can pay your bill online using EZ-Pay, our electronic payment system provided through KUBRA. This service allows you to pay your electricity bill by credit card, Visa debit card, or through a trusted bank. Before you begin, please have a copy of your bill handy.
Payments can take up to 3-5 business days to be reflected on your account balance.
Important: Each transaction is subject to a service fee. This fee goes to KUBRA the software administrator, not Elexicon Energy.
Drop off a cheque or money order at one of our secure, 24-hour drop box locations.
Note: Please do not submit cash in the drop box.

Payments can be made over the counter at your bank or other financial institutions.
When making a payment at an automated bank machine (ABM), be sure to insert the remittance portion of your bill.
When mailing a cheque or money order, please include the remittance portion of your bill in the envelope so we can ensure your payment is applied correctly.
