As the busy holiday season approaches, Alectra Utilities, Elexicon Energy, Hydro One, Hydro Ottawa, and Toronto Hydro are reminding customers across Ontario to stay alert against utility-related scams.

Collaboration is at the heart of an innovative project between Elexicon Energy (Elexicon) and Western University (Western). The local distribution company (LDC) and university have joined forces to tackle dynamic voltage control issues for utilities and large customers with a promising, cost-effective solution.

The Ontario Energy Board has published the 2023 Scorecard’s of electricity distributors. The scorecard measures how well Ontario’s electricity distributors are performing each year.

Elexicon Energy has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for new Electricity Distribution rates effective January 1, 2025.
