No one should have to worry about paying their monthly expenses. That’s why Elexicon Energy is dedicated to giving customers in need of financial assistance access to resources to help them to pay their electricity bill.
The programs below have been developed to help low-income households manage their energy costs.
LEAP helps eligible low-income customers with a grant of up to $650 per household or $780 if your home is heated electrically through the Ontario Energy Board (OEB). Customers will see the credit on their electricity bill.

Eligible low-income customers can receive a credit through the OESP program. The amount of the credit will depend on how many people live in your household and the combined household income. If you use electric medical devices, or if your home is heated with electricity, you may be provided with additional savings.
