Our Connections department coordinates all secondary lot connections. Follow the process below.
The following requirements must be completed for Elexicon to proceed with issuing the secondary lot connection orders. Requirements do not need to follow the order outlined below.
Your builder completes the Subdivision Builder Contract form and submits the form to:

If you have not received the form in advance, contact Connections by email at the addresses above.
Your builder’s electrician must obtain Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) Connection Authorization, clearly indicating any civic address, lot and/or unit numbers.
A secondary trench and equipment inspection must be completed and passed by an Elexicon Inspector. Your contractor must contact the Elexicon Inspector to notify them that secondary equipment is installed and ready for inspection with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice.

Send $350 + HST per lot with a listing of the address/lots covered by the payment.
You can deliver or mail cheque payments to Elexicon’s Ajax Office. Make cheques payable to ‘Elexicon Energy Inc.’ and be sure to include a copy of the service layout or clearly mark the account number on the cheque.
Place hand delivered documents in the drop box, located at the front of the building’s glass doors or mail to:

*Use the name of the Connections Coordinator who sent you the Service Layout.
Once all requirements are met, the connection will be issued to Elexicon’s Operations team who will connect the service within five (5) business days from the date all conditions were met.
