Elexicon Energy takes great pride in providing reliable, efficient and sustainable energy solutions and services.

However, there are circumstances beyond our control that can cause unexpected power interruptions and voltage fluctuations. As a result, Elexicon does not guarantee a constant power supply or the maintenance of unvaried frequency or voltage.

Filing a Claim

If you have incurred damage related to power interruptions or voltage variations, you have the following options:

  1. Submit a claim through your home insurance
  2. Repair or replace your damaged item(s) under the manufacturer’s warranty
  3. Send a letter of claim* to Elexicon for our insurer’s consideration

*If you choose to send a letter of claim, provide details about the location and time of the occurrence and the nature of the damage. Include copies of repair estimates or invoices related to the loss with the letter, if available.

Elexicon will investigate the incident and send a copy of the investigation report and your claim to our liability insurer. Each claim receives full consideration and is evaluated on an individual basis. Settlements are based solely on the presence or absence of legal liability.
