The Save on Energy website outlines programs offered by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) to help homes and businesses use energy more efficiently and save money. The Small Business Program is designed to help you make equipment improvements to reduce energy consumption in your small business. If approved for the program, businesses can receive incentives of up to $2,000 for eligible lighting equipment and up to $2,500 for eligible non-lighting equipment.

The Retrofit Program, available to businesses and contractors, offers incentives for energy efficient improvements under these categories: Lighting, HVAC, and Manufacturing and other equipment. These incentives are available to owners or lessees of commercial spaces, industrial facilities, institutional buildings, multi-unit residential buildings and agriculture.

The First Nations Conservation Program provides free energy-efficient upgrades to the homes of qualified on-reserve First Nations customers. It helps customers manage their energy use more efficiently to save money while making their homes more comfortable.
