CUSTOMER NOTICE: PUBLIC AWARENESS OF ELECTRICAL SAFETY SURVEY

Starting January 5, 2026, Oraclepoll Research, on behalf of Elexicon Energy, will be contacting residents in the communities we serve to assess their understanding of how to stay safe around electricity and electrical equipment. The survey is a requirement of the Ontario Energy Board and takes approximately five to seven minutes to complete. The results of the survey will be included in our 2025 Scorecard and help drive our safety education efforts.

Are you planning a move within Elexicon Energy’s service area? Start by logging in to your account to close and set up a new account.

Before you begin, you will need the following information:

  • A copy of a recent bill
  • Your account number
  • Your legal closing date/tenancy end date of the existing account
  • Your new legal closing date/tenancy start date and address for the new service
  • Confirmation of tenancy (if applicable)
