Individuals claiming to be from Elexicon Energy are contacting customers and threatening disconnection. Some are being advised to call 1-866-684-0676 within a certain window of time. This is not Elexicon Energy.

In some cases, customers are being threatened with disconnection unless a money e-transfer payment is made immediately. We do not accept money e-transfers, cash payments or digital currency.

If you receive a call like this, please hang up and report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501.

Move to a new address

Are you planning a move within Elexicon Energy’s service area? Start by logging in to your account to close and set up a new account.

Log in to my.elexicon

Before you begin, you will need the following information:

  • A copy of a recent bill
  • Your account number
  • Your legal closing date/tenancy end date of the existing account
  • Your new legal closing date/tenancy start date and address for the new service
  • Confirmation of tenancy (if applicable)
