CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY UNDERWAY

Elexicon Energy has partnered with Innovative Research Group, an independent research firm, to conduct its 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Customers who have been randomly selected will receive an email from CustomerExperience@elexiconenergy.com. This email will have a link to the survey to gather input and feedback on topics such as electricity pricing, service quality, billing and communications.

If you receive the survey email, we would greatly appreciate your participation. It takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and you could win a $500 Visa prepaid card.
