To temporarily disconnect or shut down power at a customer-owned substation or primary service, a primary service isolation is required.
The table below outlines the required fees for this service. This service includes one disconnect and reconnect. Elexicon crews will leave after disconnecting the service and will return for the reconnect after ESA Connection Authorization is received.
If the customer requires Elexicon crews to complete on-site training, check-ins, or a request to stay on-site during the work (all requiring additional time outside of this scope), the customer must disclose this to Elexicon at the time of the original request and there may be additional charges.
