An Elexicon representative will contact you to review the details of your request and confirm your appointment date and time. A minimum two (2) week lead-time for isolation requests is required.

Reason for Outage

Elexicon staff cannot operate customer equipment (44kV switches, etc.) due to liability issues and therefore, the customer is required to have their contractor operate customer equipment. If requested to operate customer owned equipment, Elexicon staff have the right to refuse and your isolation may be cancelled. The customer is required to apply their own working grounds. Please ensure that you have the necessary operators on site to avoid any work delays or appointment cancellations.
