Canada Post Labour Disruption
During the current Canada Post strike, you will not receive your Elexicon Energy mail. Customers are encouraged to access their eBill using our customer portal, my.elexicon.
There are several convenient ways to pay your bill including pre-authorized payment, online banking, or in person at a financial institution.
New customers: Call 1-888-420-0070 or email customercare@elexiconenergy.com to request an enrollment form.
Existing customers: Sign up for elexicon to select one of the payment plans noted above.
Customers already on pre-authorized and equal payment plans will continue to have their bill amount withdrawn on the due date.
IMPORTANT: Customers remain responsible for keeping their accounts in good standing during a postal service disruption.
