Individuals claiming to be from Elexicon Energy are contacting customers and threatening disconnection. Some are being advised to call 1-800-486-7420. This is not Elexicon Energy.
In some cases, customers are being threatened with disconnection unless a money e-transfer payment is made immediately. We do not accept money e-transfers, cash payments or digital currency.
If you receive a call like this, please hang up and report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501.

Elexicon will complete this work within five (5) business days from the ‘indicated date service can be removed’ or date the form was received, whichever is the latter. Meters located inside the premise are an exception to this timeline and will require an appointment, subject to Elexicon’s availability.
