If you own land for development or are purchasing a property within the Elexicon Energy service area, or are a lawyer conducting a title search on behalf of a client, you will need information about unregistered easements.
To submit a request, please provide as much information as possible including:
Email your request to Elexicon at gisgroup@elexiconenergy.com. It will take approximately 10 business days to complete the search.
There is a charge of $15 + HST per property search, payable by cheque only. Elexicon requires payment prior to conducting the search.
You can deliver the cheque to Elexicon’s Whitby Office and place it in the drop box located at the front of the building’s glass doors or mail to:
