We offer Variable and Equal payment options:

1. Variable Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (VPAP)
   With a VPAP, the full amount of your bill will be withdrawn automatically from your bank account on the due date. You’ll have peace of mind knowing you’ll never forget to pay your bill on time again.
2. Equal Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (EPAP)
   The EPAP is a payment option for low-volume business customers (GS<50kW) looking for equal, monthly payments.If your account qualifies, a representative from our team estimates your average monthly electricity consumption over 12 months. At the end of the year, your actual usage and estimated usage is reviewed. You will receive a credit or debit, depending on whether you used more or less electricity than the estimated amount. The average monthly amount is automatically withdrawn from your bank account.This option is available to low volume (GS<50kW) customers, however, some exceptions apply. 3. Equal Payment Plan (EPP)
   The EPP is a payment option for low-volume business customers (GS<50kW) looking for equal, monthly payments.The EPP is similar to the EPAP without the payments being withdrawn automatically from your bank account. Some exceptions apply. You can pay your bill online using EZ-Pay, Elexicon’s electronic payment system provided through KURBA. This service allows you to pay your electricity bill by credit card, Visa debit card, or through a trusted bank. Before you begin, please have a copy of your bill on hand.

Payments can take up to 3-5 business days to be reflected on your account balance. 

Important: Each transaction is subject to a service fee. This fee goes to KUBRA, the software administrator, not Elexicon Energy.

This payment option is available through most banks and trust companies and allows you to pay your bill through a touch-tone phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This payment option is available through most banks and trust companies and allows you to conveniently pay your bill through your financial institution’s website. You will need to set up “Elexicon Energy Inc.” as a payee.a

You can pay your bill in person at your bank or other financial institution. To pay at the automated bank machine (ABM), simply insert the remittance portion of your bill along with your payment. Please keep in mind that additional processing time may be required when you pay at your bank.
