If you’ve recently received an email from Elexicon Energy about changes to your recurring payment method, you’re in the right place!
As part of upcoming system updates, recurring payments will no longer be available after November 20, 2025. To continue to take advantage of automatic payments, you’ll need to switch to Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP).
This page provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you set up PAP quickly and easily — so your payments stay on track without interruption.
After switching to a Pre Authorized Payment method, next de-enroll from Kubra payment methods.
Steps to De-Enroll:
If you’ve followed the steps above, you’ve successfully enrolled in Pre-Authorized Payments. You’re all set to enjoy automatic, billing going forward.
