Registering to Pre-Authorized Payment

If you’ve recently received an email from Elexicon Energy about changes to your recurring payment method, you’re in the right place!

As part of upcoming system updates, recurring payments will continue to be supported until further notice. When the transition occurs, you’ll need to switch to Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP) to maintain automatic payments.

This page provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you set up PAP quickly and easily — so your payments stay on track without interruption.

Before you enroll: Important information about Pre-Authorized Payments

  • Before your application can be processed, any outstanding recurring payment balance on your account must be paid in full.
  • Please note that enrollment in a Pre-Authorized Payment plan is not available within 10 days of your next due date. Enrollments attempted within 10 days of the due date will not be accepted by the system.
  • Pre-Authorized Payments can only be set-up using a chequing account

If you’ve followed the steps above, you’ve successfully enrolled in Pre-Authorized Payments. You’re all set to enjoy automatic, billing going forward.
