Elexicon Corporation Welcomes New President and CEO for Elexicon Corporation

AJAX, ON — April 15, 2025 – Elexicon Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Amanda Klein as the new President and CEO of Elexicon and its subsidiaries, effective May 12, 2025. Ms. Klein has deep industry and business expertise, is a highly-regarded leader in the sector, and has a proven track record of achieving top-tier results for the benefit of communities, customers and investors.

Elexicon Corporation Welcomes New President and CEO

Ms. Klein brings more than a decade and a half in the energy and utilities sector, and currently serves as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Legal Officer for Toronto Hydro. She has broad leadership experience and a track record of success spanning corporate strategy, business development, regulatory, financing, stakeholder partnerships, and a range of operational portfolios. She has been recognized for her thought leadership, having recently been awarded the Ontario Energy Association’s Leader of the Year (2023) and Canada’s Clean50 (2024). Prior to her time at Toronto Hydro, Ms. Klein was a lawyer practicing commercial litigation and government relations at McMillan LLP in Toronto.
