Customer Survey open April 2 to May 14, 2025

Elexicon Energy is inviting its customers to play a key role in shaping the future of their community’s energy landscape. The company has launched a customer engagement survey to gather input on its 2027-2031 investment plan.

The plan outlines where Elexicon will focus its spending and investments in equipment and infrastructure, and the services it provides. These decisions impact the rate customers will pay on their bills. Elexicon’s investment plan is a part of an application that will be filed with our regulator, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), to set the future electricity rates. The goal is to align the plan with customers’ needs and preferences.

Fill out the survey to enter into a draw to receive 1 of 5 prizes of free electricity for one year.

What you need to know

  • The survey is open from April 2 to May 14, 2025.
  • Your input is important because your electricity rates pay for the investment plan.
  • You don’t need to be an electricity expert to participate. The survey is focused on basic choices and provides the background information you need to answer the questions.
  • Depending on how much feedback you wish to provide, the survey will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. If you need to pause and return later to finish the survey, your progress will be saved.
  • The survey is seeking input on five key areas that will affect the services customers receive and the rates they pay from 2027 to 2031.

    3. Investing in Smart Grid Projects
    4. Investing in Grid Resiliency
    5. Investing in Tools and Technology to Run Our Business
  • Participants can enter into a draw to receive 1 of 5 prizes of free electricity for one year.
