Notice of Canada Post Labour Disruption

On September 25, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers initiated a nationwide strike, ending all home delivery and closing some rural mail outlets.

  • Customers are required to keep their accounts in good standing.
  • If you normally receive your bill by mail, you can access your account balance by logging into our customer portal, my.elexicon, or by calling our self-service customer line at 1-888-445-2881.
  • Customers can register for eBill using my.elexicon.
  • Elexicon Energy offers a number of ways customers can pay their bill, including pre-authorized and equal payment plans, online banking or in-person at a financial institution. Bill payment options…
  • Customers enrolled in pre-authorized and equal pre-authorized payment plans will continue to have their bill statement amount withdrawn on their scheduled due date.

During a postal disruption, it is crucial for customers to:

  • Be aware of their account balance,
  • Make payments by the due date on their bill statement, and
  • Keep their account in good standing to avoid collection activities.
