Notice of Potential Canada Post Labour Disruption

Canada Post announced that it has received strike notices from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) and that CUPW intends to begin strike activity, if an agreement is not reached.

In the event of a postal disruption, customers who receive their monthly bill by mail can register for eBill using our customer portal, my.elexicon.

Customers enrolled in pre-authorized and equal pre-authorized payment plans will continue to have their bill statement amount withdrawn on their scheduled due date as usual.

  • Be aware of their account balance,
  • Make payments by the due date on their bill statement, and
  • Keep their account in good standing to avoid collection activities.
