A three-phase power connection is typically used in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, as well as apartments and condominiums, that are running heavy machines and equipment.
It differs from single-phase power which is used in residential buildings. If you are a developer planning a commercial project, Elexicon Energy can assist with your three-phase service connection to our electrical distribution system.

Once the documents have been reviewed, a deposit amount will be determined.
Once Elexicon receives all required application documents and the project is approved, an Engineering Technician will create a Service Layout and Offer to Connect. This documentation outlines the required construction and costs.
You sign the Service Layout and Offer to Connect and return a copy with payment in full to Elexicon.
Paying by cheque and/or mailing a paper copy of the signed Offer to Connect

You can deliver your cheque and Offer to Connect to Elexicon’s Ajax Office. Place hand delivered documents in the drop box, located at the front of the building’s glass doors or mail to:

Sending a digital copy of the Offer to Connect

Paying by credit card and Interac e-Transfer
Elexicon is currently accepting payment by credit card and Interac e-Transfer. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to an additional 1.75% fee on the total. Contact Elexicon’s Connections Coordinator to process the payment.
At this stage, you may proceed with your construction, following Elexicon’s standards and all instructions outlined in the Service Layout. Contact Elexicon’s Engineering Technician for any technical questions or feedback.
Provide the following requirements and if all conditions are met, Elexicon will proceed with scheduling the connection.
Elexicon will complete any required work as indicated on the Service Layout.
On the scheduled day, Elexicon will connect the service. You must ensure that you or your electrician is on site. Elexicon will connect the service after receiving the Connection Group’s Statement of Energization and the ESA Connection Authorization and/or notification, as required.
