Elexicon Energy Celebrates Women in Energy
March 8, 2025, is International Women’s Day, and the official theme this year is Accelerate Action - because at the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, or roughly five generations, to reach full gender parity. That is far too long.
At Elexicon Energy, we are committed to taking action. With a team of nearly 350 employees, with 37% of whom are female, and our Executive Leadership team that is 50% female-led, we are working to create more opportunities for women and girls. We support scholarships in STEM for those pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, while also providing networking opportunities and seminars targeted for girls and women to explore future careers at Elexicon and in the energy industry.
On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women in our workforce and beyond, recognizing their achievements and advancing opportunities for future generations.
